Plain terms for using Nonstop Tour. If something here is unclear, ask — a document nobody understands protects nobody.
Who runs this
Nonstop Tour is operated from Israel by Yishai Brad. It is a small operation, not a large company, and the terms below are written honestly on that basis.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Don't use the service to break the law, and don't try to reach data belonging to productions you are not a member of.
Paying
Bands and production companies pay; crew never do. Prices are shown before you subscribe. A subscription runs for the period you paid for and does not auto-renew silently — if it lapses, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not take back time you have paid for.
Who owns what
Your productions, schedules, gear lists and rates are yours. We store and display them so the service works, and we make no other claim to them. You can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it. We do not use your data to train anything.
What is promised
The service is provided as it is. It runs on ordinary hosting and can be interrupted. Nonstop Tour is a coordination tool, not a system of record you should rely on alone for something irreplaceable — keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. It does not issue invoices and does not compute anybody's tax liability; the money figures are a calculation aid, and your accountant is the authority.
Stopping
You can stop at any time and your data stays reachable until you delete it. We can close an account that is being used to harm someone or to abuse the service, and will say why. If the service itself shuts down, we will give notice and a way to export what you have.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for a missed show, a booking that went wrong, or money lost because of an error in the app. Check the schedule before you drive.
Law
These terms are governed by Israeli law, and disputes belong to the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
