Nonstop Tour is a tool for managing shows and crews. This explains what we store, why, and who can see it.
What we store
Your name, email address and profile picture from the Google account you sign in with. Information you enter yourself: productions, dates, venues, gear, guest lists, rates and payment details.
Google Calendar
If you connect your calendar, we write events to your personal Google Calendar for the dates you work and update them when the schedule changes — we create, update and remove only events the app itself created. We also read the events in your primary calendar (title, times, location) to show them to you next to your shows and to warn you about clashes. They are stored by us, visible only to you, never exposed to a production or a colleague, and deleted the moment you disconnect. You can disconnect at any time.
Google API Limited Use
Nonstop Tour's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Calendar access only to show you your own working dates and to write your own show days to your calendar. We never use Google user data for advertising, never sell it, never transfer it to others except as needed to run the service or as required by law, and never allow humans to read it except with your explicit permission, for security, or where the law requires.
Sensitive information
Bank account details are encrypted in the database. Production managers you work with see only the last four digits. Other crew members cannot see them at all.
Who sees what
Your rate is private — only you and the production manager paying you can see it. Clashes in your schedule are visible only to you. You choose whether to share your availability, and at what level.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, Google) solely to operate the service.
Identifying gear with Google Lens
Your gear photos are private. If you press "What is this?" on one of your own photos, that photo — and only that one — is sent to Google Lens so it can tell you what the instrument is. We do this by generating a link that Google can read for ten minutes and that then stops working. Nothing is sent unless you press the button, and Google's own terms apply to what happens at their end.
People added by someone else
A production can add a driver, a stand-in or a hired technician as a contact — a name, and sometimes a phone number — so they appear on a day sheet without needing an account. If someone has added you this way, the phone number is encrypted in the database and visible only to admins of that production. Contact us and we will remove you.
How long we keep things
Your data is kept while your account exists. Delete the account and we remove your profile, rates and payment details within 30 days. Show days you worked stay on the production's records, because they are the production's own history and they need them to account for what they paid — but they no longer carry your contact details.
Where it lives
Data is stored in the European Union, on servers in Frankfurt.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or delete your account. Contact us and we'll handle it.
